Specialists in the field of Psychoneuroimmunology have shown that

one’s state of mind affects one’s state of health.

Research has proven that stress can weaken our immune system. (1).

Examples of problems linked to stress include: Insomnia, depression, anxiety, colds and susceptibility to viruses. When we are stressed our bodies release cortisol, a hormone released to help us with the “fight or flight” response to keep us safe. Too much cortisol under chronic stress can suppress some parts of our immune system.

If you have not tested your stress hormones or are due to retest please call us to order your kit proactively.

For now

Rest Well, Sleep Well, Eat Well, Listen to Music, Exercise Outdoors, Meditate and Practice Gratitude!

We wish you and your families abundant health during stressful times. Be well and be kind to yourself and others!
