At Natural Solutions, our services go beyond bioidenticals – we offer safe and effective hormone balance! With over 25 years of experience, we provide one-on-one personalized care. We provide the following services:

• Initial Consult:
  We begin your process at Natural Solutions with a phone appointment with Tammy Grisel, Board Certified Naturopathic Hormone Specialist. In this appointment we will review your health questionnaire, symptoms and discuss appropriate testing.
• Comprehensive Hormone Testing:
  This saliva test will measure biologically active levels of the following hormones: cortisol, DHEA, progesterone, testosterone and estrogens.
• Neuro-Endocrine Pathway Testing:
  This urine panel is suggested for individuals with multiple symptoms, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks and insomnia.
• Gastro Intestinal Health Panel:
  This panel is indicated for those experiencing digestive issues.
• Test Results Consult:
  This appointment will be scheduled upon the receipt of the saliva test results. Together, you and Tammy will discuss your lab results and create a nutritional and hormonal support “plan of action”.
• Follow up Consultations:
  These appointments are created 3 weeks after you begin therapy, and again at 75 days. The intention is to assess your progress, and evaluate if any additional support or changes to your protocol are indicated.
• Retest:
  The retest is administered after 120 days. With the retest we assess progress and reevaluate your protocol, if necessary.
• Retest Consultation:
  In this 30 minute retest consultation we will evaluate your retest results and create and discuss a maintenance program that will support your individual needs.
• Bio-impedance Analysis with Consult:
  Bio-impedance body composition analysis (BIA) measures body composition electronically. Body composition analysis is the clinical assessment of tissue and fluid compartments in the human body. Body bio-impedance analysis is used in preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications. A normal distribution of tissue and fluid in the body is associated with immunity, high function, and longevity. An abnormal distribution of tissue and fluid in the body is associated with susceptibility, low function, and the effects of disease and aging. The bio-impedance analysis measures our vitality at a cellular level.
